Following "accordingly":                                                                                                        
 Insert "It is the intent of the legislature that Legislative Council                                                           
develop a plan to move the convening place of the Alaska State                                                                  
Legislature from Juneau to a location on the state road system, and                                                             
that a legislator may not receive per diem when a legislative session or                                                        
special session is being held within 50 miles of a legislator's home."                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
Amendment No. 3 to Amendment No. 52 be adopted.
