Amendment No. 48 was offered by Representative Reinbold: Page 51, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that all state employees, including judicial branch employees, work a 40-hour work week to align with the private sector." Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 48 be adopted. Representative Gara objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 48 be adopted?"
