    Insert "All joint prime sponsors must sign all hearing and calendar                                                         
requests that pertain to the bill."                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Representative Chenault moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
Amendment No. 2 be adopted.

Representative Johnston, who was excused (page 3057), left the                                                                  
Chamber.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess
