HB 25 The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was held to today's calendar (page 3023), would be held to tomorrow's calendar: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(FIN) "An Act relating to insurance coverage for contraceptives and related services; relating to medical assistance coverage for contraceptives and related services; and providing for an effective date." HB 38 The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 4 calendar (page 3018), would be moved to the bottom of the calendar: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 38(FIN) am "An Act relating to the payment of workers' compensation benefits in the case of permanent partial impairment; relating to the payment of workers' compensation death benefits payable to a child of an employee where there is no surviving spouse; relating to the payment of workers' compensation death benefits for an employee without a surviving spouse or child; relating to notice of workers' compensation death benefits; and providing for an effective date."
