Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 8                                                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on

The following, which was advanced to third reading from the

    "An Act relating to the exhibition of marked ballots and the                                                                
    prohibition on political persuasion near election polls."                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSHB 7(CRA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                              
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so                                                            
ordered.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 7(CRA) would be
