2018-04-16 House Journal Page 3324 HB 315 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 15 calendar (page 3303), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 315(RES) "An Act relating to the confidentiality of certain records on animals and crops; and providing for an effective date." Representative Wilson placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall CSHB 315(RES) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 315(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
