Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 67 be adopted. There was objection. Representative Tuck rose to a point of order, citing Sections 159.5 and 401.4 of Mason's Manual. The Speaker ruled Amendment No. 67 out of order.
