This should result in administrative savings, as well as elimination of the commissioner positions of the Alaska Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission." This should result in administrative savings, as well as elimination of administrative, director, and commissioner positions." The community approval shall be through a public process in which all affected citizens are provided an opportunity to be heard.
