2018-03-29 House Journal Page 2926 HB 110 The following, which was held to today's calendar due to a technical session (page 2909), was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 110 "An Act relating to the practice of massage therapy; relating to the Board of Massage Therapists; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page L&C RPT CS(L&C) NT 2DP 4NR 2469 FN1: (CED) 2470 FIN RPT CS(L&C) NT 8DP 2AM 2585 FN2: (CED) 2586 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 110(L&C) "An Act relating to the Board of Massage Therapists; relating to the practice of massage therapy; relating to massage therapy establishments; relating to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. **Representative Thompson, who was excused (page 2915), left the Chamber. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Wilson: 2018-03-29 House Journal Page 2927 Page 3, line 6: Delete "625"  Insert "500" Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kito objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 110(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 110(L&C) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
