have legislative housing arranged for by the Legislative Affairs                                                                
Agency to ensure that legislators are no longer required to procure                                                             
lodging in Juneau while simultaneously being required by law to                                                                 
maintain a residence in their home district, and thereby reducing the

develop a plan to move the convening place of the Alaska State                                                                  
Legislature from Juneau to a location on the state road system, and                                                             
that a legislator may not receive per diem when a legislative session or                                                        
special session is being held within 50 miles of a legislator's home."
