A letter dated January 25, 2018 was received requesting legislative                                                             
concurrence to fund the initial finance plan (as required by                                                                    
AS 26.23.020(k)(1)), for the 2017 North Slope Storm Disaster. The                                                               
letter and finance plan had been copied to the Finance Committee
