Representative Neuman moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 27. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 28 was offered by Representative Neuman: Page 25, following line 12: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that the sum of $250,000 collected from snowmobile registrations, as designated in the fiscal year 2017 capital budget, be appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources to provide grants for nonprofit organizations, businesses, agencies, and local governments to groom snowmobile trails, develop and maintain trails and trail-related facilities, and provide for snowmobile safety and education programs statewide." Representative Neuman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 28 be adopted. There was objection. Representative Neuman moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 28. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 29 was offered by Representatives Saddler, Wilson, Tilton, Knopp, Johnson, Pruitt, Chenault, Sullivan-Leonard, Millett, Johnston, Kopp, Eastman, and Reinbold: Page 28, following line 8: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that Village Public Safety Officer grant administrators disburse funds to grantees bimonthly."
