Without objection, it was so ordered. SR 301 Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to take up SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 301 Urging the state, the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation, BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc., ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., and ExxonMobil Alaska Production Inc. to continue to honor the Heads of Agreement commitments if the state terminates the participation of TransCanada Alaska Development Inc.; urging that the transfer of the interests of TransCanada Alaska Development Inc. occur under the process outlined in current law; and urging all parties to support the 2016 work plan and budget, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 1515). Senator Wielechowski objected. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his motion. Without objection, the motion was withdrawn. Reconsideration of Senate Bills SB 3001 Senator Coghill gave notice of reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 3001(FIN) and moved and asked unanimous consent that it be taken up. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 3001(FIN) "An Act making supplemental appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"
