SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2 Proposing an amendment to                                                                         
the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to contracting state                                                           
debt for postsecondary student loans, was read the second time.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                                                               
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
