The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                        
RESOLUTION NO. 16 Urging the Governor to designate a location                                                                   
for a special session of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State Legislature, if                                                          
called after adjournment of the First Regular Session of the Twenty-                                                            
Ninth Alaska State Legislature, that is in a community on the state's                                                           
road system, and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                                   
          NO. 16(STA) Urging the Governor to designate a                                                                        
          location for a special session of the Twenty-Ninth                                                                    
          Alaska State Legislature, if called after adjournment
