The Senate Special Committee on Energy considered SENATE BILL                                                                   
NO. 57 "An Act relating to the development of state emission                                                                    
standards in accordance with the federal Clean Air Act" and                                                                     
recommended it be replaced with                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 57(NRG) "An Act relating to                                                                          
    the development of state emission standards in accordance                                                                   
    with the federal Clean Air Act; and providing for an effective                                                              
    date."
