The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                         
NO. 14 "An Act relating to the appointment of a mobile intensive care                                                           
paramedic to the State Medical Board; relating to medical review                                                                
organizations; relating to immunity pertaining to automated external                                                            
defibrillators; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it                                                         
be replaced with                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 14(L&C) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to the appointment of a mobile intensive care                                                                
          paramedic to the State Medical Board; relating to                                                                     
          medical review organizations; and providing for an
