YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Ellis, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, MacKinnon, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Stoltze, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 126(L&C) am H "An Act establishing an exemption for the offering and sale of certain securities." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. SB 158 Message dated April 16 was read stating the House passed and returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 158 "An Act relating to real estate broker licensure; relating to the real estate commission; and providing for an effective date" with the following amendments: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 158(L&C) am H "An Act relating to real estate broker licensure; relating to the Real Estate Commission; relating to errors and omissions insurance for real estate licensees; and providing for an effective date."
