Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 126(L&C) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 126(L&C) "An Act establishing an exemption for the offering and sale of certain securities" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 126(L&C) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Ellis, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, MacKinnon, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Stedman, Stevens, Stoltze, Wielechowski Excused: Gardner Absent: Olson and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 126(L&C) passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 145 SENATE BILL NO. 145 "An Act relating to the recovery of overpayments of day care assistance and child care grants; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2333. Senator Ellis, Acting Minority Leader, objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 145(FIN) "An Act relating to benefits for public assistance programs administered by the Department of Health and Social Services; and providing for an effective date" was adopted.
