SENATE BILL NO. 32 "An Act relating to the sale of timber on state                                                              
land; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Senator Giessel, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 330.                                                             
Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being                                                              
no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(RES) was                                                                        
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(RES) will advance to third reading
