Senator Gardner gave notice of reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR                                                                 
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(CRA) and moved and asked                                                                              
unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time. Without objection,                                                          
the bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                                                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 146(CRA) "An Act relating to the optional                                                                        
exemption from and deferral of payment of municipal taxes on

certain subdivided property" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with
