The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 70(RES) "An Act adding land and water to the Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 70(RES) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Ellis, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, MacKinnon, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Stoltze, Wielechowski and so, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 70(RES) passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. HB 146 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(CRA) "An Act relating to a municipal tax exemption for certain subdivided property" was read the second time. Senator Bishop, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 924. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(CRA) "An Act relating to the optional exemption from and deferral of payment of municipal taxes on deteriorated property; and relating to a municipal tax exemption for certain subdivided property" was adopted.
