Representative Tarr gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                               
CSSB 145(FIN) (page 2359).                                                                                                      
Representative Tarr moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                      
reconsideration of CSSB 145(FIN) be taken up on the same day.                                                                   
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
The following was before the House in third reading:                                                                            
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 145(FIN)                                                                                            
     "An Act relating to benefits for public assistance programs                                                                
     administered by the Department of Health and Social Services;
