2016-04-15 House Journal Page 2358 SB 145 The following was read the second time: 2016-04-15 House Journal Page 2359 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 145(FIN) "An Act relating to benefits for public assistance programs administered by the Department of Health and Social Services; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page FIN RPT 8DP 2NR 2223 FN2: ZERO(REV) 2223 FN3: (DHS) 2223 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 145(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 145(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSSB 145(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2016-04-15 House Journal Page 2360 Representative Tarr later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSB 145(FIN), and reconsideration was taken up then.
