The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess until 4:30 p.m.; and so, the House recessed at 1:24 p.m. AFTER RECESS The Speaker called the House back to order at 4:43 p.m. CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS HB 128 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2212) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 128 "An Act establishing August 10 of each year as Alaska Wild Salmon Day." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 128(STA) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 128, thus adopting SCS HB 128(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes.
