2016, calendar (page 3096), and not taken up on the June 14 calendar                                                            
due to a technical session (page 3099), and then not taken up June 15                                                           
and 16 due to session being canceled (pages 3103 and 3105), was read

    "An Act relating to the fisheries business tax and fishery resource                                                         
    landing tax; removing the minimum and maximum restrictions on                                                               
    the annual base fee for the reissuance or renewal of an entry                                                               
    permit or an interim-use permit; relating to refunds of the fisheries                                                       
    business tax and the fishery resource landing tax to local                                                                  
    governments; and providing for an effective date."                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 4006(FIN) would                                                                
be held in third reading to tomorrow's calendar.
