The Speaker added a House Special Committee on Fisheries referral to                                                            
precede the Resources Committee referral for the following:                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 283                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the nomination and designation of state water                                                           
    as outstanding national resource water; and providing for an                                                                
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 283 was removed from the Resources Committee and referred to                                                                 
the House Special Committee on Fisheries.  HB 283 was reprinted                                                                 
today.
