Representative Millett moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report June 6, 2016. CCS HB 247 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
