Full Journal pdf2015-04-16 House Journal Page 0992 UNFINISHED BUSINESS HJR 4 The following memorandum dated April 15, 2015, was received from Patty Rose, Enrolling Secretary, Division of Legal and Research Services, regarding: SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RES) Urging the United States Congress to provide a means for consistently and equitably sharing with all oil and gas producing states adjacent to federal outer continental shelf areas a portion of revenue generated from oil and gas development on the outer continental shelf to ensure that those states develop necessary infrastructure to support outer continental shelf development and preserve environmental integrity; urging the United States Congress to reject any proposal to divert or otherwise reduce revenue sharing to the coastal states and their political subdivisions under the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006; and urging the President of the United States to direct, to the maximum extent possible, federal funds received from outer continental shelf development, and not dedicated to states or other federal programs, to federal infrastructure in the affected states. "In accordance with Rule 43, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, I am reporting the following manifest error in SCS HJR 4(RES), which has been corrected in enrolling: Page 2, line 24: Delete "shelf continental" Insert "continental shelf"" HB 155 Representative Saddler added as a cosponsor to: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 155(FIN) "An Act repealing an exploration incentive credit; amending the calculation of adjusted gross income for purposes of the tax on gambling activities aboard large passenger vessels; repealing the amount that may be deducted from the motor fuel tax to cover the expense of accounting and filing for the monthly tax return;
