The Speaker stated that, without objection, HB 149 would be returned

 Delete "The Native corporation may adopt the amendment                                                                         
allowed under this subsection by the affirmative vote of a majority of                                                          
the shares represented at a meeting at which a quorum is present in                                                             
person or by proxy."                                                                                                            
 Insert "An amendment under this subsection is approved if it                                                                   
receives an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the shares represented in                                                         
person or by proxy at an annual meeting."                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Kito moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                      
Amendment No. 3 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so
