There being no objection, it was so ordered. THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 68 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 10, 2015, calendar (page 827), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 68(FIN) "An Act relating to the preparation, electronic distribution, and posting of reports by state agencies." Representative Kreiss-Tomkins moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 68(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 68(FIN) would be returned to second reading for all amendments. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Kreiss-Tomkins and Colver: Page 4, line 5, following "request": Insert ", but does not include proposed regulations or documents related to the adoption or amendment of regulations" Representative Kreiss-Tomkins moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
