"Under the authority of Article II, Section 9, and Article III, Section                                                         
17, of the Alaska Constitution, and in the public interest, I am                                                                
amending my June 19, 2016 proclamation calling the Twenty-Ninth                                                                 
Legislature of the State of Alaska into its fifth special session at                                                            
Juneau, Alaska, on July 11, 2016, by supplementing the call with the                                                            
addition of the following subject:                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
     4. An act relating to AS 11.66.130(c), sec. 39, ch. 36, SLA 2016,                                                          
      on sex trafficking in the third degree, and to AS 11.66.135(c),                                                           
      sec. 40, ch. 36, SLA 2016, on sex trafficking in the fourth
