The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 3(JUD) Establishing the Joint Committee on Access and Federal Overreach; and recommending that the Governor establish a working group to consider establishing a permanent office or authority to preserve state sovereignty, pass the Senate?" Second Reading of House Resolutions HJR 13 CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13(TRA) Urging the United States Congress and the President of the United States to complete the funding and acquisition of three additional National Security Cutters and to home port one of the cutters in Kodiak, Alaska, was read the second time. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
