The Education Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 82 "An                                                                       
Act providing for public school funding for telecommunications or                                                               
Internet services" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
               CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 82(EDC) "An Act providing                                                                
             for public school funding for Internet services; and                                                              
      providing for an effective date."
