The Finance Committee considered SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                                                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 80 "An Act relating to the practice of                                                                          
telemedicine; relating to licenses for out-of-state physicians or                                                               
podiatrists to practice telemedicine in this state under certain                                                                
circumstances; and relating to insurance coverage for telemedicine"                                                             
and recommended it be replaced with

          BILL NO. 80(FIN) "An Act relating to the practice of                                                                  
          telemedicine; relating to prescription of drugs by a
