The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 38 "An Act                                                                     
extending the termination date of the State Medical Board; and                                                                  
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 38(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          extending the termination date of the State Medical                                                                   
          Board; relating to the executive secretary of the State                                                               
          Medical Board; and providing for an effective date."
