The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 216 "An Act                                                                    
relating to sexual abuse and sexual assault awareness and prevention                                                            
efforts in public schools; establishing a task force in the Council on                                                          
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; and providing for an effective                                                            
date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 216(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to sexual abuse and sexual assault awareness                                                                 
          and prevention efforts in public schools; and                                                                         
          providing for an effective date."
