The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 161 "An Act                                                                    
relating to duties and procedures of the state medical examiner and the                                                         
Department of Health and Social Services; and relating to death                                                                 
certificates" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 161(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to duties and procedures of the state medical                                                                
          examiner and the Department of Health and Social
