The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 129 "An Act                                                                    
extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Real Estate                                                            
Appraisers; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it                                                             
be replaced with                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 129(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          extending the termination date of the Board of                                                                        
          Certified Real Estate Appraisers; relating to real                                                                    
          estate appraisers; and providing for an effective
