The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 127 "An                                                                  
Act authorizing the commissioner of administration to enter into                                                                
agreements with agents to perform for compensation certain                                                                      
transactions related to vehicles; relating to the duties of those agents;                                                       
and providing for an effective date." Signing do pass: Senator Dyson,                                                           
Chair; Senators Giessel, Coghill. Signing do not pass: Senator
