Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
1610. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 132(STA) "An                                                                    
Act relating to exemptions from the payment of motor vehicle                                                                    
registration fees for residents 65 years of age or older; and providing                                                         
for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
