Effective Date YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Dunleavy, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, Fairclough, French, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Wielechowski Absent: Kelly and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 159(L&C) "An Act relating to air ambulance service providers, air ambulance membership agreements, and regulation of air ambulance service providers and air ambulance membership agreements by the division of insurance; and providing for an effective date." Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered.
