Senators McGuire, Huggins moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                  
be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so                                                                
ordered.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 127 "An Act                                                                          
authorizing the commissioner of administration to enter into                                                                    
agreements with agents to perform for compensation certain                                                                      
transactions related to vehicles; relating to the duties of those agents;                                                       
and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was
