CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 57(FIN) was read the third time.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hoffman declared a conflict of interest.                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 57(FIN) "An                                                                   
Act relating to parental involvement in education; adjusting pupil                                                              
transportation funding; amending the time required for employers to                                                             
give tenured teachers notification of their nonretention; and providing                                                         
for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the

clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred
