report of the Conference Committee considering SENATE CS FOR                                                                    
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 87(EDC) and CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                             
NO. 87(FIN), thus adopting:                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
          CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 87 "An                                                                               
          Act relating to allocations to the special education                                                                  
          service agency and extending the special education                                                                    
          service agency; and providing for an effective date."
