The roll was taken with the following result: HJR 20 Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 17 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Dunleavy, Dyson, Egan, Fairclough, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Wielechowski Nays: Ellis, French, Gardner and so, HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. HCR 18 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
