Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on                                                              
the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the Court Rule                                                                
changes. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am "An Act relating to crisis                                                                    
intervention training for school personnel; and relating to restraint and                                                       
seclusion of students in public schools" was read the third time.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                                                                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am be moved to the bottom of today's                                                                    
calendar. HB 246                                                                                                                        
HOUSE BILL NO. 246 "An Act adding additional land and water to                                                                  
the Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge" which had been                                                                  
held in third reading (page 2551), was before the Senate.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Egan moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the                                                          
purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.                                                                    
Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.

 Insert "; designating the House of Wickersham as the official                                                                
residence of the lieutenant governor and making the House of

claims by the lieutenant governor that are related to the location                                                            
of the official residence of the lieutenant governor"
