Full Journal pdf2014-04-07 Senate Journal Page 2324 HCR 26 Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to take up HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 Commending the State of Israel for its cordial and mutually beneficial relationship with the United States and Alaska; and supporting the right of the State of Israel to self-governance and self-defense, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2296). Without objection, the resolution was read the second time and before the Senate on final passage. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be held to the April 8 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. HB 211 A Labor and Commerce Committee memo dated April 7 was received correcting the March 26 committee report on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(L&C) "An Act relating to the education and employment of individuals with disabilities" (page 2157) as follows: Fiscal notes 6, 7, and 8 are identical to notes 1, 2, and 3 and therefore supersede the prior notes, and should accompany Fiscal Note No. 5 in the permanent bill file. The bill is in enrolling. SB 135 The reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 135 "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska Health Care Commission; and providing for an effective date" was not taken up this legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
