CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 63(FIN) "An Act relating to the Board of                                                                  
Governors of the Alaska Bar Association; and providing for an

Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without

Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain                                                               
from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and
