Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross                                                                    
sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 30(FIN) "An                                                                    
Act relating to performance reviews, audits, and termination of                                                                 
executive and legislative branch agencies, the University of Alaska,                                                            
and the Alaska Court System; and providing for an effective date" pass

Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on                                                              
the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date                                                            
clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed by

HOUSE BILL NO. 52 am "An Act relating to allowable absences                                                                     
from the state for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends;                                                        
and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                                             
1098. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being                                                          
no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 52(FIN)
